Getting started with dropshipping

1. Connect your store

In the left menu click Channels, then Add Sales Channel. Choose where you sell:

• Shopify
• eBay
• WooCommerce
• TikTok Shop
• Wix
• Allegro, on aw-dropship.eu and aw-dropship.es only
• Manual/API, if you want to place orders yourself or from your own system.

You can connect more than one store. Each connected store appears in the left menu under Channels with its own My Products and Orders. A Manual/API channel also has Baskets, Clients and API.

2. Add products

Find products in Catalogue and add them to My Products of your channel. For a connected store, you upload them to your store from there. Only products in My Products can be ordered through that channel: an order for a product that is not there will not come over.

3. Set up payment

Save a card in Saved Cards, or keep money in your balance with Top Up. Orders from your store are paid by themselves, first from the balance, then from the card. An order we cannot pay waits and is not sent. See Paying for your orders.

4. Follow your orders

Open your channel and click Orders to see each order and its status. See Reviewing your orders.

When an order is dispatched, the tracking number is on the order and is sent back to your store. See Finding the tracking number of an order.

5. Know the limits

• Some countries cannot be delivered to from each website. See Countries we cannot deliver to.
• Marketplaces may ask you for safety documents. See Product safety documents.
