Registering an account

Start the registration

Open the website and press Register. You see two choices:

• Register: create an account with your email and a password.
• Register with Google: use your Google account. Your email comes from Google and you do not need a password for our website.

If you already have an account, press Login here instead.

Fill in the form

The page is called Register and says Fill the form to complete your registration. Fields with a red star are required.

• Email (required): this is also your username.
• Password and Retype Password (required): at least 8 characters, and both must be the same.
• Name (required): your name.
• Phone Number (required): choose your country code and type the number.
• Business Name: the name of your business, if you have one.
• Website: the address of your online shop, if you have one.
• Country (required) and your address. Some countries need more address fields, for example a postcode. The form tells you which ones are missing.
• Tax number: your VAT or tax number, if your business has one. You can add it later.
• Some shops ask a few short questions, for example how you plan to sell our products. These are optional.

Then choose your newsletters:

• The newsletter box is ticked for you. Untick it if you do not want our offers by email.
• The WhatsApp box is not ticked. Tick it if you want our offers on WhatsApp.

Tick I agree with the terms and conditions and press Register.

After you register

• Your account is active straight away and you are already logged in.
• We send you a welcome email.
• Next time, log in with your email (or username) and password, or with Login with Google if you registered with Google.

To change your details later, log in with the account you registered, go to Manage Account in the left menu, then Account Settings. There you can change your contact name, company, email, phone, billing and delivery address and tax number.

When something goes wrong

• This email is already registered. There is already an account with this email on this website. Log in instead, or press Forgot password? on the login page.
• Phone number is required: fill in the phone number with your country code.
• A field is marked as missing under the address: some countries need the postcode or other address fields. Fill them in and press Register again.
• Password does not match: type the same password in Password and Retype Password.
• HTML tags are not allowed. or Script tags are not allowed.: remove characters like < and > from the fields.
• The form shakes at the terms and conditions line: tick I agree with the terms and conditions.
• Failed to login with Google. Please contact administrator.: try again, or register with email and password instead.
• The page says We still prepare your account: wait a moment and open the page again.
