Where to find the documents
- Open the product page on our website.
- Click Product Specifications & Documentations to open it.
- At the bottom of the table, each type of document has its own row, with the files to download. Click a file to open it. PDF files have a red icon.
The same table also shows, when we have them: Origin, Net Weight, Shipping Weight, Dimensions, Materials/Ingredients (sometimes with a label to download as PDF), Barcode, cpnp and Origin Country.
Which documents we publish
Only these types are shown on the product page:
- SDS: the safety data sheet.
- IFRA: the IFRA certificate for fragrance products.
- Allergen Declarations.
- CPSR: the cosmetic product safety report.
- Declaration of Conformity.
- Test Reports.
Not every product has every document. A row only shows when we have that document for the product. If the section has no document rows, we have not published any for that product.
Other documents are not published on the website, for example CLP labels or older MSDS sheets. If you need one, or a document is missing, ask us in the chat on our website and tell us the product code and which document you need.
When something goes wrong
TikTok or another marketplace asks for a safety document. Download it from the product page and upload it to the marketplace yourself. If the marketplace asks for a document we do not publish, ask us in the chat on our website.
TikTok asks for a batch number. The batch number is not on the product page. Ask us in the chat on our website, with the product code.
TikTok or eBay needs the weight. Use the Net Weight or Shipping Weight in the same table.
The document is for a different product or looks out of date. Tell us the product code and the document name in the chat on our website, so we can check it.
