Creating bundles

Where bundles live

Each bundle belongs to one channel. Open Channels in the menu, click the channel, open My Products and click the My Bundles tab. All your bundles, from every channel, are also listed under Catalogue → Bundles.

Create a bundle from My Bundles

1. On the My Bundles tab, press Create bundle. The window Create Your Bundle opens at STEP 1/2.
2. Type a Bundle Title, or press the sparkle button (Generate AI) to get one written for you once you have picked products.
3. Search for products. As when adding products, you can search by Product, Department, Sub-department or Family. Pick the products and set the quantity of each.
4. The box on the right adds up the prices as you go:
   • Cost Price (Individual Purchase): what the products cost you bought one by one.
   • Bundle Price: what you pay us for the bundle. It is only lower than the cost price when your website gives a bundle discount; otherwise the two are the same.
   • RRP: the total recommended retail price.
   • Profit: RRP minus bundle price, with the percentage.
5. Press Next. You are at STEP 2 / 2.
6. Write a Description, or press Generate with AI. You can edit the text it writes.
7. Add images. Drop files on Upload Media (Drag & drop images or click), or press Select existing media to use photos of the products in the bundle. Choose the MAIN IMAGE with the round button on the image.
8. Optional: press Generate Image AI to make a new picture. First select some images, tick the product images to include, write Describe your image and press Generate.
9. Press Create Bundle. It is only active when the bundle has a description and at least one image.

If you close the window before the end, it asks Discard bundle?. Closing discards the bundle and you start again.

Create a bundle from our website

1. Log in and browse our website.
2. On a product card, press the round bundle button (Create bundle). On a product page, press Add to bundle. A Create Your Bundle panel opens on the side.
3. Choose the Sales Channel the bundle is for.
4. Keep browsing and add more products. Change quantities or remove a product with the bin button.
5. Enter the Bundle Title, press Next, then add the description and images as above.

The bundle button only shows on products that are in stock. While a bundle is open, the website stops you leaving the page until you finish or discard it.

Send the bundle to your store

The bundle is now in My Bundles. It works like a row on My Products: press Create new product to create it in your store, or match it to a listing you already have. See Using My Products.

A bundle has its own product code, which is the SKU sent to your store.

Change or remove a bundle

• Edit Bundle (pencil button): change the title, description, images, products and RRP. Save keeps the changes with us only. When the bundle is linked to your store, Save & Sync also sends the new title and description to your store (Bundle saved and synchronised with ...). After a plain Save, a warning icon on the row says Saved changes have not been pushed to ... yet.
• Unlink Bundle (red unlink button): stops the bundle. We mark it discontinued, so it can no longer be ordered, and its link to your store is removed. It does not ask first and cannot be undone: to sell the same set again, create a new bundle. The listing stays in your store, so delete it there.

Downloading bundle data

The CSV exports on My Products leave bundles out unless you tick Include bundles under ⋮. See Exporting product data and images.

When something goes wrong

• "The OpenAI service is currently unreachable, please try again later." The AI writer did not answer. Try again later, or write the text yourself.
• "You have reached the limit of 3 attempts." Each AI button (title, description and image) can be used 3 times in 5 minutes. Wait 5 minutes and try again.
• The Create Bundle button stays grey. Add a description and at least one image.
• "Failed to create bundle" / "Failed to submit the data, please try again". Check the title is filled and every product has a quantity of at least 1, then try again. If it keeps failing, ask us in the chat on our website.
• The bundle does not upload to my store. Read the red message on its row. It is the answer of your platform, the same as for products. See the list in Using My Products.
